Active Investments specializes in urban development, renovating and repositioning existing commercial product, property management, brokerage, and consulting.  Servicing the retail, office & industrial markets, we pride ourselves on turning challenged properties into profitable assets.  We understand the need to act quickly and decisively in the investment process. We take an active role in structuring, negotiating, underwriting and closing investments.  We will invest as either a sole investor or co-investor, depending upon the size and risk of the investment opportunity.
